If you or any of your party have any symptoms of Covid-19, particularly fever, cough, loss of taste/smell, no matter how mild, please do not travel or attempt to stay here. Please remain at home.
We are greatly reducing maximum capacity of pitches, providing ample soap, sanitisers, encouraging social distancing, enhancing already excellent cleaning protocols, encouraging balances to be paid before arrival to limit contact when booking in, ensure staff have PPE, all in an effort to reduce the risk of transmission. By reducing the number of pitches, it should ensure that there is plenty of space around the park, so please do not walk across someone else’s pitch and ensure children are respecting others space around pitches.
All guests will be expected to adhere to the Government guidelines regarding Covid-19 and we expect common sense to be used to help avoid any spread of the virus. There will never be zero risk. We will do our utmost to make Rosewall as safe as is possible and practical for our guests and staff however anyone deciding to travel and to stay anywhere other than their own home must accept the risk for their own and their dependents safety and possible contraction of the virus. To this end, by booking and staying you and your party accept the risk involved whilst the Covid-19 virus is still in general circulation. Please ensure you are responsible for good hand hygiene for yourself and your dependents. Ample soap and hand sanitiser will be readily available for your use.
When using the toilet/shower blocks and washing up areas PLEASE use common sense. Respect yourselves and others safety. Keep 2m distance where possible. Where it is not possible, take extra care, use a face covering inside if desired, take care passing in narrow areas, stand back, allow people to pass. Ensure your litter is placed in bins, do not risk our staff’s safety further by having to pick up your litter. Any personal items left in the toilet/shower areas will be disposed of immediately. Accompany younger and vulnerable people who may unintentionally not be able to adhere to guidelines. Be mindful of how long you are using the amenities blocks for, respect that there are others wishing to use them also. No use of hairdryers. Do not spend an excessive time at the mirrors. Consider using the amenities at less busy times to ease the pressure and amount of people in one area. Do not use the washing up sinks during busy periods at the toilet/shower blocks. Please note, whilst being cleaned the toilet/shower blocks will be closed. This will be strictly enforced. There will always be one block open whilst one is closed. Wash your hands regularly in accordance with the guidelines.
If you or a member of your party live in an area which is placed into lockdown, please do not travel to the park whether you have symptoms or not. Plenty of your prescribed medication, local chemists are under immense pressure as offering additional services to elderly and vulnerable local residents.

If we have a long spell of dry weather, we may have to enforce fire and bbq bans. DISPOSABLE BBQS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
Sky lanterns are an extreme fire hazard to you and your fellow campers and they are NOT PERMITTED.
The pitches are not marked out, however please pitch at least 6 metres (approx. 20 feet) from other campers. We are happy for everyone to choose their own pitch, however, please do give consideration to social distancing, to vehicular movement around the park for you, your fellow campers and Rosewall staff. We kindly ask that you don't group your tents around the bin points - as I'm sure you will appreciate, it makes emptying the bins extremely difficult if we can't get near them!
We may ask that your tent/campervan/motorhome be moved if it is deemed too close to others, or causing an obstruction to allow vehicles to move around the park, thank you for your co-operation. We do ask that you respect other people's space and give each other enough room, particularly if you are pitching as a family group. **This of course is now very important and we will enforce this rule with no exception** You must all still adhere to social distancing guidelines.
Cars are parked next to your tent. When parking your car, please park facing ACROSS the field DO NOT park the vehicle facing up or down the field. Make sure the handbrake is fully applied and leave the car in gear.

Rosewall will not be held responsible for the loss/damage of items. During this time of Covid-19 please do not use hairdryers. Please only charge items for short periods of time as a top up, as there shouldn’t be excessive times spent within the amenities blocks and there may be people waiting to use the facilities.
